Creative · Websites · Connected Systems
A creative studio for purpose-driven businesses and organizations. We shape how you’re seen, how people are invited into relationship, and the systems that carry them forward — designed with care, built with precision, and always with your final yes.
Led by Kathy A. Souza, Executive Director
Our Work
Some of this work we created from the ground up, some we directed or built, and some we made alongside trusted partners. Each example names our part honestly.
Guided pathways that educate, inspire, and invite visitors into relationship — meeting people where they are and walking with them toward their next right step.
The home bases that hold a mission, welcome a community, and connect every offering.
Sites and relationship magnets shaped for real estate professionals, built around the brokerage site you already have.
Sites that carry a person’s voice, story, and work, so visitors feel they’ve met you before they ever reach out.
Homes for shows, series, and writing, built so the message can be found, watched, and shared.
Ways We Help
Most projects draw on one or two of these, rarely all four. We’ll shape yours together.
When your site no longer reflects who you are, we shape pages, landing pages, and event experiences that feel inviting and are easy to act on.
When your work matters but the words won’t come, we help with positioning, messaging, visual direction, and media that sound unmistakably like you.
When inquiries and follow-up live in too many places, we connect GoHighLevel, CRM workflows, forms, and registration so they quietly work together.
When you want seasoned guidance and hands that get it done, we offer paid strategy sessions or a defined scope of build work.
How We Work Together
Kathy guides every engagement, and our team may carry out parts of the work. Our favorite projects are with people ready to make decisions, consider guidance openly, and trust the process within the scope we agree on.
You share what you’d love to create or improve, and we ask good questions.
A written proposal names the deliverables, responsibilities, and investment.
You give timely feedback; we bring honest recommendations and own our deliverables.
Your business and how it’s represented stay yours. Nothing goes live without your yes.
Investment & Commitment
Engagements are paid and scoped individually. Your proposal will define the project investment or service term, deliverables, and responsibilities. Hosting, platform access, and ongoing support are priced separately where applicable.
Our Work · Industry · Real Estate
Most agents already have a brokerage site and a listings search. What’s usually missing is everything around it: a voice that’s clearly yours, guided experiences that welcome clients in, and follow-up that carries every relationship forward.
Built for Real Estate Professionals
Your brokerage site lists homes. These are the pieces that build relationships, and most projects begin with one or two of them.
A personal or team site with your voice, your story, and your way of serving, so people feel they know you before the first call.
Guided experiences that welcome buyers and sellers in, meet them where they are, and invite a real conversation.
A client hub that shows where things stand and what comes next, from accepted offer to closing day.
GoHighLevel forms, CRM workflows, and reminders that quietly work together, so no one falls through the cracks.
The Work
A team home base, a client hub, and two relationship magnets, each built to sit alongside a brokerage site rather than replace it.

Your brokerage website and listings search stay right where they are. We build around them and link to them, so clients find one clear path from the first hello to closing day.

We read every inquiry personally and reply with thoughtful next steps, which may include a paid discovery session or a proposal. And if the answer is “not yet,” that’s perfectly okay.
